How it is calculated
Safety specialist, workplace physician and other health personnel certificates are issued under two regulations based on Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331. The Ministry of Labour and Social Security runs, or has someone run, the exams for those who finished the training; in 2026 Gazi University’s assessment centre (GAZİÖDM) holds them in May and December, 2 times a year, and the 2026-2 İSG written exam lasts 75 minutes. Under art. 28(4) of the Safety Specialists Regulation, at least 70 out of 100 is a pass; art. 35(4) of the Workplace Physicians and Other Health Personnel Regulation asks 70 for physicians and 60 for other health personnel. For a higher class, art. 8 asks for at least 3 years of actual work with class (C) for (B), 4 years with (B) for (A), plus that class’s training. The regulations and the 2026 exam notices do not state the number of questions, the points per question or how wrong answers count, so this page does not work a score out from correct answers.
Pass: score ≥ 70 (safety specialist, workplace physician) or ≥ 60 (DSP), out of 100The score is the one out of 100 on the result document. The class (B) exam needs at least 3 years of actual work with a class (C) certificate, the class (A) exam at least 4 years with class (B), documented by safety-specialist contracts.- Choose the exam and enter your score out of 100.
- The score is compared with 70 for safety specialists and workplace physicians, 60 for other health personnel.
- For class (B) and (A), your time with the class below is compared with the time in the regulation.
Example
A candidate with 72 in the class (B) exam and 3 years of actual work with class (C): 72 ≥ 70, a pass; 3 years ≥ 3 years, the time requirement is met. The same score also passes the DSP exam (72 ≥ 60).

The Ministry runs the exams or has them run. Under the Directorate General of OHS notice of 18 November 2025, Gazi University’s Measurement and Assessment Centre (GAZİÖDM) runs the 2026 exams. Under GAZİÖDM’s notice on the 13 December 2026 OHS-2 exam, candidates on the Directorate General’s list of those entitled to the written exam register in the candidate system (AİS, ais.gazi.edu.tr) with e-Devlet and pay the fee there; paying the fee counts as applying, and no other application is needed.

Do wrong answers cost points in the OHS exam?
The regulations, ÇSGB’s notice of 18 November 2025 and GAZİÖDM’s OHS-2 notice do not state the number of questions, the points per question or how wrong answers count. So the page does not work a score out from correct answers; it only compares the score on your result document with the pass mark.
